Red Bus Peninsula Amazing Race

An Amazing Mini Peninsula Race using the Hop - on - off Red City Bus as your mode of transport to get to each hot spot in order to complete the challenge.  Planning ahead and attention to the Red City Bus schedule is key to successfully completing this fun event, followed by an optional lunch in Hout Bay, Camps Bay or the Waterfront.

The group will start off at the Waterfront, where they will be divided into smaller groups. Here they will receive information packs containing maps, routing, navigational clues and questions they can answer en-route.

In staggered departures, the teams will board the Red City Bus and follow the routing to locate the checkpoints at scenic hotspots and points of interest around the Mini Peninsula.  At each stop they will explore, discover and learn more about their surroundings. Questions in the info pack will encourage the groups to discover more about the history of the Cape whilst enjoying a diverse day of scenic beauty, adventure and interaction with the locals.

Experience It

Heading out from the picturesque Waterfront we will hug the slopes of Table Mountain as we explore the northern half of the peninsula, stopping at scenic viewpoints and places of interest en-route.
