This fully equipped, single-storey, three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and can accommodate up to seven people. Special touches are everywhere, from luxury percale bed linen to a bottle of wine and a guest basket of chocolates upon arrival, and for those who want to stay connected, Wi-Fi is available.
With so much to see and do right on its doorstep and much more just minutes away by car, Tom’s Seaside Cabin in Simon's Town, is a perfect base from which to explore the entire Cape Peninsula. Whether you’re a family or group of friends, keen to swim and suntan, surf, hike, cycle or even shark-dive, or prefer to enjoy the sea view from the cosy lounge, Tom’s Seaside Cabin is just the get-away you want it to be. An easily accessible driveway off the street leads to secure off-street parking.
Living Area:
- Lounge: Light & airy, furnished with cosy couch & armchair suite. Full DSTV On plasma TV. Ceiling fan for hot summer days.
- Dining Area: Overlooking the lounge. 6 seater dining room table. Open hatch to kitchen.
- Kitchen: It has abundant counter and cupboard space, and is generously equipped with cutlery, crockery and glassware. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and piped filter water. It is stocked with a selection of tea, coffee, sugar and sweetener upon guests’ arrival.
- Patio: With its spectacular view of the sea, the front patio is an ideal spot for relaxed family breakfasts and lunches or simply reading a book. If you have children, it’s a great place for you to relax while watching them play on the large lawn.
- Back Yard: Just behind the kitchen, the back yard faces the dramatic Simonsberg Mountain, part of the Table Mountain Range. It is a lovely and safe space for children to play, either on the lawn or on the trampoline.
