Bosky Dell (sheltered place) is perhaps the last secret hide-out of the Cape. In a truly unique setting directly above the iconic Boulders Beach, it seems lost in time…The views across False Bay to the Hottentots Holland Mountains are unparalleled from this Simon's Town accommodation establishment.

A large, rambling homestead complete with coach house and stables built in 1850, it has been converted into five charming self contained, self catering cottages. Bosky Dell offers simple and comfy, peaceful and private, spotlessly clean accommodation.

The spacious private grounds adjoin Boulders Beach- home to the African Penguin Colony. The garden gate leads directly on to the “penguin walkway” (Willis Walk) to the beach and yes you actually do swim with the penguins. Bosky Dell is a nature lover’s paradise and a truly hidden jewel. Step back in time, relax, unwind and rejuvenate in Simon's Town. 

Accommodation:  5 cottages 

The Main House (6 persons): *
3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds in each
1 bathroom with bath (no toilet), 1 separate shower room, 1 separate toilet
Living Area: A lounge, large separate dining room, large family kitchen
Large, long, wide, private outdoor veranda directly above beach
Panoramic sea views. The Main House is tantamount to having your own private beach house on Boulders Beach.
A staircase leads upstairs to the B Cottage

The B Cottage (6 persons)*
2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with four single beds
Bathroom with bath and toilet.  Bath has a hand shower
Living Area: Long, narrow lounge with large windows looking onto garden
Large family kitchen with seating for six
Private patio with a lovely garden view
A staircase joins the B Cottage to the Main House
*The Main House and B Cottage can be booked separately or together to sleep 12 

The A Cottage (3 to 4 persons)
2 bedrooms, one with double bed and 2nd bedroom with two single beds.
Bathroom with bath and toilet. Bath has a hand shower.
Living area: Small open plan lounge/kitchen, opening onto small outdoor deck
Separate small indoor sun room with 2 chairs & sea views
Private patio with lovely sea views

The Coach House (2 persons)
1 upstairs loft bedroom with double bed.
View of sea & lighthouse from the bed
Separate Victorian bathroom with bath and hand shower and toilet
Living Area: Open plan lounge/kitchen downstairs
Outdoor private patio with lovely sea views

The Stables (2 persons)
Open plan cottage
Double bed on raised level with sea views
Separate bathroom with shower only and toilet
Living Area: Open plan lounge/kitchen
Outdoor private back door patio with unparalleled sea view & sense of privacy 

Amenities
Each cottage has a basic 2, 3 or 4 plate stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and television
Linen provided and changed every 4th day, fresh bath towels supplied daily.
Cottages are serviced daily
No laundry facilities on site however there is a Laundromat in Simon’s Town.

Terms & Conditions
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount due. The deposit must be received within 5 working days of the reservation
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 10% of the contracted value.
If the reservation is cancelled or reduced within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
Should the cancelled room be resold for the full contracted value, the full deposit will be refunded after the travel date.
