SENIORS  THREE -COURSE MENU available from Tuesday through till Friday - lunchtime only. Again, not to be missed. Nothing like a good deal  and some good food to cheer up winter's gloom!  The menu will change during the months it is available, but the price will remain at R95. May 2014.

 

African inspired restaurant in historic old farm building on route to Cape Point, or a destination in its own right. Farm-style breakfasts from their own organic garden. Open for Breakfast & Lunch indoor or al fresco!  Sit under the oaks with the squirrels while enjoying a tasty farm-style meal from our the la carte menu.

 

Experience It
The Cape Farmhouse has an interesting history while creating a relaxing environment, great shops and beautiful scenery.  Situated in a sheltered valley just outside Scarborough . the Cape Farmhouse is surrounded by old oak trees and the 250-year-old farmhouse offers relaxing al fresco dining - or if the weather is unpleasant, seating indoors in the historic farm building.  Groups are welcome, however booking is recommended for small tour groups.

The Food:
The Cape Farmhouse Restaurant offers a lunchtime menu that is Africa-inspired and redolent of the tastes, spices and herbs of Africa. Breakfasts are farm-style, with home-made bread and real free-range eggs. As much of the produce as possible is gathered from their own organic vegetable gardens.

There is a safe children’s play area, backed by the naturally beautiful Red Hill.
Ample parking, Wheelchair accessible and WiFi enabled.

Concerts:
On Saturday afternoons the farmhouse often hosts outdoor concerts showcasing South African musicians. A cash bar and a variety of braai food (vegetarians not excluded) is available in addition to the menu.

Functions:
Cape Farmhouse Restauarant is available for weddings and functions (daytime) as well. Venue hire can be discussed depending on the day/ times of your event. The restaurant has a range of menus for you to choose from:  options from three course meals to tapas-tyle food. The Cape Farmhouse is also happy to create a menu suitable to your needs.

Other businesses on the farm include Red Rock Tribal (artefacts & curiosities from Africa), Little Piece of Africa (a Zimbabwean sculpture garden) and the Sunscene Outdoor Adventure course.
