Based on the TV show, A Minute to Win,  the 60 Second Challenge is a series of action packed challenges completed by an individual or part of the Team within 60 seconds. The Activities often use ordinary household products in an extraordinary way!

Experience it: 
Though an individual challenge, the focus is on doing a good job for your team in order to get the right result. (scoring points for your team)

All the teams will compete in all the challenges, BUT, the challenge is structured that 2 team members will need to miss a challenge - that leads to identifying your strengths and notifying the team that it is not your strong point, therefore identifying the strongest players to take part in the given challenge.

Patience - in work, whether you are the decision maker or employee, somewhere along the line your patience will be put to the test in a task. In the 60 Second Challenge, some challenges appear simple, but could be frustrating to complete. If you use patience, the job is halfway done.

With "what looks to be' simplistic challenges, sometimes giving guidance or accepting guidance is crucial in the success of the challenge. An individual, whether leader or follower, will at some stage be on both sides of the guidance ladder.
