Terms & Conditions
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount due. The deposit must be received within 5 working days of the reservation
- If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 10% of the contracted value.
- If the reservation is cancelled or reduced within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Should the cancelled room be resold for the full contracted value, the full deposit will be refunded after the travel date.
