Chapmans Peek, known as the “honeymoon” getaway is ideal for a couple, although it can accommodate four people. It has a master bedroom upstairs with a king-sized bed and bathroom en-suite (bath and hand-held shower) with panoramic views. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen and lounge with double sleeper couch, a guest toilet and an outside hot/cold shower.

An interleading door between Oystercatcher and Chapman’s Peek can be opened to make one extra-large unit accommodating up to 10 guests.
 
Amenities 
Chapman’s Peek offers the following: four-plate stove with oven and grill, fridge/freezer; microwave, kettle, filter coffee plunger, toaster, snackwich, pots and pans etc., iron and ironing board, hairdryers, fans, heaters, heated towel rails, private safe, TV with DSTV. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, cotton bed linen and towels plus basic necessities supplied. 
Chapman’s Peek has an outdoor hot/cold shower, a braai, a salt water plunge pool (shared with Oystercatcher), and its own entrance with safe off-street parking. Internet is available, works on a pay-as-you-go system, you would need to bring your own laptop.

High-chair, cots and linen are available upon request and babysitting services are available by prior arrangement.

Cleaning Service
A cleaning service is included in the rates, not including weekends and public holidays.

High Season:  16 Sept -15 Dec:  R1,000  per day
Peak Season:  16 Dec - 15 Jan:  R1,200  per day
High Season:   16 Jan - 30 April: R1,000  per day
Low Season:      1 May - 15 Sept: R   800  per day
 
Reservation and cancellation policy
Reservations to be guaranteed in writing. 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon booking. Balance due prior to checking in.
           
Cancellation fee
21 days or more prior to arrival – deposit fully refundable.
20-14 days prior to arrival – deposit 50% refundable.
13-0 days prior to arrival – deposit non-refundable.
No show will result in 100% of the total stay being charged
