Terms & Conditions:
Rates are charged including 14% vat. Confirmation of reservation can only be guaranteed with a 50 % deposit of quoted fee and a faxed confirmation of deposit advice. Balance of quoted fee payable on arrival. Additional service fees are payable at time of departure.
Cancellation fees required 4 weeks or more before booking period to receive a full refund. Cancellation of reservation 2 weeks or more from date of reservation would allow a 50% of deposit guarantee. Cancellation made less than 2 weeks from reservation guest/s would seed any rights to deposit fees.
The deposit once paid represents a legal contract between the guest/s and Lynnsview Guesthouse. Terms above upon reservation are accepted by both parties as legally binding. |
