To whom it may concern,

I have just re-located to Cape Town and I need to arrange our Management team year-end event (18 people), and I am trying to find inspiration for something special to do with the group on 30 November or 14 December as the year-end event. About a month ago, as a team event, we went to the Giggling Gourmet for a team cooking event, and it was a huge success – lovely team spirit and a good break away from the office. I need to find a really special event for the team to attend together, hence my e-mail to you.

I hope this makes sense and that you may be able to guide me in the right direction?
